For over a decade, I have primarily helped public company legal departments meet their SEC reporting needs through collaboration with accounting and human resources departments, using tools like Excel, Workiva and ActiveDisclosure. I also help companies with stock and incentive plan administration and customary business needs like entity formation, corporate secretary functions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital formation, changes in equity ownership, dissolution, etc.

Previously, I worked in public accounting, as an auditor, and practiced real estate law.
